FA Cup Replay postponed

Tuffley Rovers’ FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round replay at Aylesbury Vale Dynamos has been postponed, with the game now penciled in for 15 August 2023.

When the two sides drew 2-2 on Saturday, courtesy of Jake Rhodes’ second half equaliser for Rovers, it was anticipated that Rovers would make the trip to Aylesbury on Tuesday evening, but the FA have postponed the tie and will confirm the final arrangements for the game later this week.

This is a matter outside the club’s control and we apologise to anyone who had made plans to attend tomorrow’s game.

Rovers will now be without a game, as the Hellenic League Premier Division fixture against Pershore Town, which had originally been scheduled for 8 August, was postponed to accommodate the FA Cup replay.

Next up will be a trip to play Hereford Lads Club on Saturday afternoon.
